Cloud customer experience firm Genesys has appointed Kim Duncan, the former head of business development of Amazon Web Services software-as-a-service business, as its new partner account director for New Zealand.
Duncan brings over 20 years of experience to the US-based cloud software developer Genesys, having worked in sales and business development roles at Cisco NZ, MNF Group in United Kingdom, and Telecom NZ International in Auckland and London.
At Genesys, Duncan will leverage the company's ecosystem of Reseller and AppFoundry partner programme.
She will report to Genesys partner director for ANZ Vaughan Webster, who is based in Sydney.
