Chinese IT giant Lenovo is launching its Workplace Solutions suite of software in New Zealand. targeting businesses that are returning to their offices as the COVID-19 restrictions lift.
Lenovo said its Workplace Solutions help businesses manage hybrid and flexible working in offices, and remotely.
Worksplace Solutions provides scheduling software for office facilities, analytics for space usage, carpark management, and a self-service storage module that lets employees store, pick up and drop off assets around the clock.
Visitor management with health forms and registration is included, along with a digital signage content managment system.
Lenovo's Smart Collaboration secured with ThinkShield for meeting rooms is also included with Workspace Solutions.
Daniel Fields, Lenovo Asia-Pacific's executive director of services business said Workspace Solutions is built to help organisations provide an employee experience that drives productiity and attracts talent.
“Given that employees’ expectations of the workplace have changed, companies recognise that reopening the office does not mean reverting to the pre-COVID status quo.
"Employees want the flexibility to log in easily anytime, anywhere, and focus on the work that matters without having to wrangle with tech issues," Fields said.
