NZ ISP Spark has been named the top Kiwi partner for Genesys in the unified communications vendor’s 2022 APAC partner awards.
The awards were presented at the company’s 2022 APAC Virtual Partner Conference to partners that the company said have proven success in improving customer experience (CX) for customers using Genesys products.
Spark uses these products to underpin its cloud-based call centre solution PureCloud, counting Brother NZ and Contact Energy among its customers.
Japan’s NEC Corp was named overall APAC partner of the year.
Across the ditch, Aussie ISP Telstra won Genesys’ 2022 APAC cloud partner of the year award for the second time, previously winning the award in 2020. It was also named Australia partner of the year in 2021
This year, it was Nexon Asia Pacific named Australia's partner of the year. It used Genesys’ call centre software technology to improve the pest control services’ call centre capabilities and upgraded its legacy on-premises digital infrastructure to a more agile and responsive environment.
Genesys said partners are key for solving customer challenges as they can select integrations and applications for specific needs, adding that 70 percent of customers used Genesys’ APIs in FY2022.
“Today, we celebrate (partners’) contribution to elevating CX and bringing about innovative transformations in the industry,” said Genesys APAC channels and alliances vice president George Aprane.
